Only one week to go...

I'm not slow, I'm just getting my money's worth from the entry fee.

The Colour Run Sunderland is now just two weeks away! My running pack has arrived....

T-shirt, sweatband, face tattoo, yellow plastic bag thing and race number. The sweatband went straight on...

All money raised will be donated to services that support women and children fleeing domestic abuse in North East England. I'm sure you'll agree that it is a good cause and I hope you'll contribute. I have signed up to do The Color Run Sunderland on Sunday 20th July in order to raise funds for women and children fleeing domestic abuse in the North East of England. Services supporting victims of abuse offer help and support, as well as providing safe, temporary and emergency refuge accommodation to women and children who often have nothing but the clothes they are wearing.
